We stand by the quality of our products and want you to feel confident shopping with us.

Returns

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, provided that:

• The item is unused, in original condition, and in original packaging

• You contact us at airoutpack@gmail.com within the 14-day window

• Return shipping costs are covered by you

• Return address will be provided upon approval

Note: Promotional or discounted items may not be eligible for return. Please contact us before purchasing if you are unsure.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:

• Your order number

• A clear photo or video of the issue

In most cases, a return will not be required. We’ll offer a refund or replacement based on the evidence provided. In rare cases, we may request the item be returned.

Refunds

Once your return is approved and received, or once damage is verified, your refund will be processed within 7–15 business days to your original payment method.

VAT, Customs & Import Duties

All orders are shipped under the DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) model.

• We do not collect VAT, customs duties, or import taxes at checkout.

• You may be required to pay these charges upon delivery, depending on your country’s regulations.

• The customer is the importer of record and is fully responsible for any applicable import fees.

Customs duties, VAT, or import taxes paid to your local authorities are non-refundable, even in the case of returns.
