Welcome to airoutpack.com. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to the following terms.

1. Seller Information

This store is operated by AirOut Pack, a sole proprietorship registered in Sweden.

2. Product & Orders

We currently sell one product: the AirOut Vacuum Backpack. Which is shipped worldwide from our international suppliers.

By placing an order, you confirm that:

• Your contact and shipping information is accurate

• You are authorized to use the payment method provided

• You understand that delivery times are estimates and may vary by country

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.

3. Shipping & Delivery

We offer free worldwide shipping. Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days and delivered within 7–15 business days, depending on destination.

Please note:

• All items are shipped from outside the EU

• Import taxes, duties, or VAT may apply in your country. These are not included at checkout and must be paid by the customer upon delivery

4. Returns & Refunds

Customers in the EU have the legal right to return items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original condition. Return shipping is paid by the customer.

We do not accept returns on discounted or sale items, unless the item is faulty or damaged.

For damaged or incorrect items, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photo or video proof. In most cases, we can issue a refund or send a replacement without requiring a return.
